"This hotel was very disgusting! The carpet has not been vacuumed. The shower has not been cleaned. A cockroach ran across the kitchen floor. The kitchen counter is peeling off. The tub would not turn all the way off and ran steady all night. The room smelled like cigarettes mixed with poop. I booked this place for a work trip thinking the kitchen would be a nice feature for my guys. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel."

"We were very satisfied with our stay here. The best part was the excellent customer service we received at check in AND check out with Jordan. Jordan was super kind, polite, and friendly. The service we received with her will be the reason we return in the future. Thank you for the pleasant stay."

"I booked a two-room suite for one night for four adults. The suite was to have a king sized bed and two twins. When I arrived to check in I was told that the hotel doesn't offer rooms of that configuration and the only room available had a king and a pull-out sofa bed. Two of our party ended up sleeping on the floor. The hotel prompted me for a review so I left a scathing review on their website. The manager of the hotel called me later that day and promised to at least refund the difference between the suite I booked and the room I got. The refund never happened. That was over two weeks ago and 10 working days. None in my party will ever stay at one of these hotels again. They are both incompetent and dishonest. Take your business elsewhere."

"My husband has been staying at this location for a couple of months now and I cannot say enough about this place. Everyone is so genuinely nice when you come in and you really feel welcome. Alyssa really has customer service down to a T! She actually listens to people and provides quick resolutions when issues arise. It is a good location and there are many places to get to within walking distance. My only drawback is since our door is at the beginning of the hallway we hear the noise of everyone coming and going (good and bad), but that is not the staff fault, its the rude guests. My hubby is in good hands when I cannot be there with him!"

"I stayed here with my mom and we were instantly met with a very kind employee named Alyssa, she smiled at us as we walked in and greeted us and made us feel welcome . we have traveled before and not always do hotel staff act as professional and kind as she did. she made our check in process very quick and informative and told us about all the amenities and directions to the room. she was also cleaning the facility very often and made sure the place looked great. she checked in with us later in the day to see how we were liking our room which we were as their rooms are very clean and homey. definitely one of the better hotels we have stayed at due to the condition of the facility and also her customer service going above and beyond. made our trip worthwhile !"
