"Terrible experience absolutely do NOT recommend this establishment. The Room was disgusting very dirty. Window shutters broken. Stove top burners broke. Mold in bathroom. The toilet leaked. Mattresses where stained and very dirty. The front desk lady was nice and gave me a refund no questions asked so will give service credit for that but that's it. I didn't not stay here I walked in room and walked out."
"Room in disrepair. After they canceled our reservation because we arrived after 6 PM they put us in this room. It should never be rented out. Hole in wall where it looked like someone punched the wall. Open electrical above bathroom mirror. Missing fixture above bed. Cigarette burns in sheet and bed spread. Not sure why we didn't leave. Would give half star I'd possible."
"Very mid. Coffee maker was broken, room was not very clean. They provided a kitchenette, but with no tools for cooking or cleaning dishes, so it was pretty much unusable.They also shut off the water on 2 days with no notice, so no shower, toilet, or sink was usable for quite some time during our stay. Room service was great and the cleaners are very nice. It would have been a lot better if the appliances were higher quality and if they didn't shut off the water multiple times ..."
"Staff is VERY rude and most the stuff in the room doesn't work including hot tub and TV. The room is also dirty with stains on pillows and beds and I can not express enough how rude the lady and her husband at the front desk where. When we asked for them to send someone to fix the TV she lied and said she would and never did also. I can see why they're behind protective glass tbh because of the gross ways they talk to ppl."
"This was our second time staying there. The first was a couple of years ago. The staff was nice. I believe they have new owners now. Our room was clean and service was good. We just stayed less then a month ago. We were comfortable the last time and not to firmilar with the area and stayed again. Our flight was late, but they got a room for us right away the next day. I like the no nonsense with the management, if they have any guests that they don't think should be there. We would stay again."
