She made the process seamless & was a joy to talk to. We frequently visit this area for networking meetups (we are from Buffalo) and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future!! Everything about this hotel is thee best, and every time we've stayed here, Antonio and thee Crew make us feel like we're at home rather than a hotel! They all go the extra mile to ensure our stay is the best and that we're all comfortable and get a good night's rest. All the staff are super friendly, polite, and extremely hospitable, and makes you and the family not want to leave the place! The rooms are super clean, cozy, and comfy! The breakfast is more than we expected every time, especially with the hard working staff keeping everything full and hot! We feel safe and secured there in and around the property, as well as our vehicles being safe overnight keeping the property vandalism free... everything about this place, and staff gives us insurance to let ourselves have a great night's rest with no worries! "Antonio is one of the most accommodating and friendly hotel managers we’ve worked with. Staff was all friendly. Not usually one for continental breakfast, but some of the selections here exceeded what I thought I was going to get out of a continental breakfast. Location in relativity to the airport is 15 minutes, not bad at all."

"I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager and the assistant manager. Both of them took the time to chat with me. I have stayed in several Holiday Inns but none like this one. It was very quiet just like I like it. Beautiful room. Easy access to restaurants. I highly recommend."

"My family recently stayed this hotel. My husband was taking fire school classes and was gone most of the day. Myself and my child were here for the majority of the day. One thing I noticed was that Antonio, a superstar worker for this hotel, was always ready to say "Hello!" "How are you doing?" "How can I help you?" He always had a smile on his face and really made me feel very welcome. We were here for a week and the room was great, the place was clean and all the workers were super nice! My son had a great time in the pool. Even though it's small, you can still have fun! One of the nights my son had a terrible headache and Antonio helped to make my son's night better!! The room was great, the staff is great, know that this hotel is top notch! Antonio was actually so great that I asked him if he was part of management!! LOL! He said he was.... I told him I thought he should be because he was so awesome!!!!!!! 100% this hotel is great!"
