"Well it's been a rollercoaster the past three years that I have been here. Three different management companies. Though the rent keeps going up there has been a lot of changes for the better with keeping the complex cleaner, safer & better kept. They are finally getting the fitness room up and running. Just hope there were after hours when tenants get home from work. Still waiting for the security gate to be in service to keep more riff-raff out & possible threats & vandalism. I know that the new management has been working to keep making changes for the better of the community. I can't wait for upgraded or newer amenities. The maintenance guys are awesome. Always taking care of issues in a timely manner and do an awesome job."
"Felicia was so friendly and helpful with getting me into an apartment quickly! Super thankful she was there to help with the process. Austin and the manager Jaime were also so professional and helpful when I had to modify my lease for a pet. So far the whole team has been great!"
"Don’t bother cleaning whenever you move out because you’re not getting your deposit back. We deep cleaned the entire apartment top to bottom, left it in better shape than when we moved in only to be left on read and ignored when it came time for deposit reimbursement."
"The strip for front door was completed to my satisfaction, as well as the smell from the master bedroom was also gone from room. I really appreciate how fast and efficient maintenance got in and completed work orders."
