Not only does he take care of the apartments but he always makes sure the property is garbage free as well as our pools sparkling clean & always working properly. Ray never has a attitude & does everything with a smile on his face & a happy heart. I consider him family & wouldn't trade him for a million dollars!! He's a keeper!!"

"Being as this is my first apartment I do have to say I picked well. The staff is kind and the complex is always clean. The maintenance man Ray always gets back to you as fast as possible and is always sure to make you feel comfortable and at home. I do have to say he brightens up the day with his positive and caring attitude. I would definitely recommend friends and family to move here at vista groves!"

"Just have to say how amazing the maintenance worker Ray is. My roommates and i are young and this is our first apartment so we always go to Ray with our silly questions and he’s happy to answer. We luckily live near the maintenance shed so we often get to see him as we pass outside, if he’s not in a hurry he stops to chat. Best maintenance worker ever for real. We had a flood once in the middle of the night and Ray stayed all night to get all the water out and make sure our things didn’t get damaged, and the issue was resolved in a speedy two days. All the workers here are amazing and genuinely care about you!! Lexi and Zulema are the best, they answer emails so fast and get problems solved immediately, they’re both so sweet, we love it here!!"

"Had an issue with my dishwasher and as soon as I put in the maintenance request the next day I had someone helping me. Ray did an amazing job with helping us out and was very nice! Thank you Ray! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend moving here. They’re a bit sketchy and the gym is incredibly small. Just not the best place to live and if we hadn’t renewed our lease early we’d be moving."
