"These are actually pretty chill apartments to live at. The parking lot is a little narrow and could easily cause accidents if you aren't careful but other than that one complaint, they're great."

"Lot of suprise bills. What ever rent you are told add $300 to it in hidden fees per month. Worse is the only way to pay is with their online app, and you get charged a convinience fee. You have to pay to be able to pay your rent. What makes it worse is they are profiting off the hidden fees, for example they will charge you $14 for renters insurance but when you get the plan in the mail you find out it only cost $4 a month. Make me wonder if they are doing that as well with the water bill, pest control, etc. The other issue is roaches. They charge you a pest control fee on top of the rent yet the place is filled with roaches. Do not be shocked if you see roaches inside the refrigerator and in the dishwasher. Parking is an issue there are cars on the lot that never move and take up the prime locations, it has become a junkyard for non functioning cars. Expect the water to be turned off a couple of times per month. Annual rent increases is the norm, it goes up about $250 every year, and every year they seem to add new hidden fees as well on top of the quoted rent, with not improvements to the site. "Water gets shut off "for emergency repairs" at least once a month. Once if we're lucky. Staff in office is friendly in person but are often cryptic and difficult to follow in email communication."

"The staff here are very kind, helpful, and on-point. There are over 300 units here, built with real building materials you don't see anymore. Not the Tyvek or particle board here. The gals in the office, Sara, with her bubbly personality, remembers everyone's name. And Linda, who can recall every minute detail of every apartment onsite, have always made me feel appreciated. The entire staff demonstrate excellent customer service along with a genuine warm heartedness you just don't see anywhere else."

"Linda and Adrian in the front office have been so helpful, understanding, and transparent in everything regarding my lease and stay at Metro on Main. I had to break my lease due to sudden changes to my household size, and Metro on Main understood my situation and helped me transitioned into a bigger place. They allowed me to workout a payment plan to pay off what I owe for breaking my lease, and I think that is very compassionate coming from a business. All staff members (office and maintenance) have also been so helpful and quick to respond to anything I needed. These guys are awesome!"
