"If you like not having air conditioning and getting the run around, this is your palce. Maintenance doesn't come and do repairs, kinda hard to get someone when you go through new management every other month. Since they plan on renovating your place when you move out, no need to worry about that closet door not working, or that two year request to get your drawer fixed. Their office hours are stated, but if you want to speak to a person, leave a message, and they will eventually get back to you. They like to "work from home""

"I rated this a 1 stars because overall before the property selling, it was good. Moved in 2018 & let’s just say the last two years were TERRIBLE to say the least! I had to move apartments in the building 3 times in one year. First, due to roaches & BED BUGS!! We then transferred apartments, charged an arm & a leg just to have that apartment flood from the inside out due to something bursting in the walls. 70% mold between the hallway & my children’s room. Think they would’ve worked with us, nope. After moving from the new renovated apartment, I was then downgraded w/ a $100 decrease (old apartment was $250 cheaper) only to be in there for 4 months due to BED BUGS AND ROACHES AGAIN!! their walls are infested. Me and all other tenants around were affected. They didn’t want to do heat treatment, kept saying they are working on however imagine having to live this way & fight, keep having to throw out furniture as well as replace as we go. Ultimately, Nov. 2022 we were able to get them to let us out of our lease. I had to throw out EVERYTHING and start from scratch because I refused to live in fear of the bed bugs. Please please please RUN from this place!! this in no way is to down talk them however I as well as CURRENT RESIDENTS there TODAY as we speak, are still experiencing this bed bug/roach issue & has yet to be addressed and are constantly making the outside pretty. Please don’t judge a book by it’s cover because they will sell you a dream & then you will be left with the burden of having to start over with your family. Leaving this review because I felt it is necessary for other tenants who are looking to rent. RUN RUN RUN, PLEASE!!"

"I have lived here for 3 years but recently transitioned to a newly renovated apartment. What an upgrade! I now have laundry in my unit + everything is brand new, and I am not even paying that much more in rent! Very reasonable pricing. The new management group responds to all of my questions. They are much better than any of the previous managers. The new outdoor lights are awesome and it looks like management is making even more upgrades to the rest of the community. Great spot for the $$ and lightyears better than this place was in 2019 when I first moved in."
