"Wanted to leave a five star review because I’m beyond impressed with the staff here. I had an issue that was out of their control, but the team and managers were still outgoing and helped me out just out of pure generosity. I don’t think any other place would do that. As for living here goes, I have zero complaints. It is super affordable, especially for the location, and maintenance is always swift to help out with any problems you may have. It is a super stress-free environment."

"Had been here for many years, long enough to see staffs get promoted, and get to know many staffs working here. This is the best place to live in Tempe. I wish I had chosen it as my first and only apartment when I just arrived Tempe many years ago. The environment is very good. Everything is beautiful! Nicely painted buildings, properly spaced, with grass zones and trees between the buildings. And it is generally quiet. Never had any problems sleeping at night. This is the most important factor to me as only when one can rest well at night, one can study and work efficiently and comfortably during the day. Maintenance people are knowledgeable and can get things fixed promptly. (Thanks Larson and Ozzie! I'd like to thank the other person who helped me during all these years but I never asked his name.) Some AC part is old and might very occasionally break during hot summer days under the pressure of the extremely high temperature? No worries, they fix it in 2 hours as that's considered emergency, and as far as I know, emergency maintenance works 24/7. Packages are delivered using a dedicated lockers system (starting from 2020). It is very secure and convenient. Larger packages can be delivered to the doorsteps. It is close to the nearby Safeway (which also has high scores), meaning you can buy good groceries very conveniently. That can save a lot of time. MARS buses (which take you to or from ASU light rail station) just pass through the main entrance. And it's free. That SONIC is just outside the south gate, within walking distance too. Among all these years of experiences, nothing is bad. I'd like to thank Laine, and Courtney, and Thomas, and Kelly the manager, and Kelly who used to sit at the front desk, who helped me so much when I applied and moved in to this very nice apartment. They help tenants like me, a lot! I will miss all these years of sunny days in AZ, mainly because I lived comfortably in Desert Palm Village, that is managed by the best team."

"Great place! The rental process with Tate was super smooth and fast. In a couple of days everything went thru and I moved to my new place. The apartment is like new, the village is super quiet and pacefull. Im working with ASU so commuting is just 10 minutes cycling. Very nice place to live."

"DPV is a good apartment homes complex. This is at a very close distance from ASU Tempe campus and very convenient to commute using orbit buses. Starbucks, Safeway and other convenient stores are at walkable distance. Apartment services are good and they respond well."
