"The staff was friendly and responsive to concerns. My air conditioning wasn’t working properly and maintenance had it changed out within an hour. Good breakfast and great parking. The price was excellent for room and board. The trees were Pruned nicely and were mature. I would definitely stay again."

"I used to stay here a lot for business. It is very run down. The elevator makes a lot of noise, so much so that you wonder if it is going to quit and leave you stranded. The TV remote only changed channels in one direction and that after getting one changed out that didn't work at all. There is a Marijuana drive through dispenserary across the street with 24 hour nonstop traffic backed out on the street. It isn't likely I will go back."

"Very dated and pretty beat up rooms. For a two bedroom suite they gave us one towel and one washcloth which was fantastic finding out as we were getting ready for an early morning meeting. There are signs that this property will be undergoing renovations which are desperately needed. I will say the price of the rooms are fair reflective of the condition of the property but two stars based on the massive inconvenience with the towel situation. Can’t forget to mention, the woman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly."

"Very disappointing for a Marriott property. Our room was not ready upon arrival. We arrived an hour and 15 minutes after check-in time and we still had to wait 15-20 minutes before our room was ready. This was very upsetting after having been driving for 5 hours! The furniture was old, very worn and uncomfortable. Not a great experience at all. Thankfully we were only there for one night. We were in Tempe for a musical play at ASU and we left for home after the play."

"LOVE this location. I’ve stayed at another Towneplace before and out of the two I liked my room and the service I received here better then what I dealt with prior. Erin one of the front desk clerks was incredibly nice and she made our check in very pleasant. The rooms are very cozy, they have a more homey feel to them which was nice as well."
