"The rooms are big and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and love the open air of this hotel. The room was clean, but they’re definitely dated and beat up… bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom of it, the furniture looked beat up by a dog, and I would say the water in our room never really got real hot for showers. The staff was great and the outdoor space is beautiful, if they updated the rooms it would be 5-stars!"

"The hotel looks older, but the rooms are very clean, and is pretty nice. Outside door access, which makes it rather interesting. The outside common area is very nice. Pretty good location for several places to eat."

"This Hotel feels like 70's era. The looby looks old. The property is huge. There are many places to enjoy a drink, read books, catch up on emails and enjoy the weather or views. The rooms are old. I am surprised to be a Double Tree. My room had torn carpet, the bathroom had a patch ceiling, Shower curtains needed to be changed. The bed was comfortable for me. Room size was great. The television needs to be upgraded, volume was low and I had it pretty high. The employees are great. They greet you with a smile and check on you as you pass by the lobby."

"Traveled for a team meeting with people coming from 4 different areas of the country. The rooms were large. The outdoor area was beautiful. The conference area was great. Mary and her team were so attentive to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here and hosting any meetings/events."

"This hotel and the staff were beyond my expectations! Lovely, comfortable room with all the things I needed plus more. The fitness center was clean and inspiring. I had fun at the pool and hot tub. The lobby has various cozy places to sit. The courtyard is beautiful. All the staff, including the airport shuttle drivers, were great! Friendly, professional, and super helpful. Rosie and Kristen at the front desk were especially helpful! I will absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended."
