"Very unsafe property. I visited a friend recently and was approached by more than one very creepy men, while walking her dog I was approached by yet another man asking if I lived there and which apartment I was in. My vehicle was also damaged while visiting for 3 hours, two tires slashed and a scratch on my door. I would not recommend ANY YOUNG WOMEN to live here due to the dangerous area and dangerous people lurking around at all times of day and night."

"I have been a resident of Terra Vida Apartments for nearly five years, a period during which I’ve appreciated the location and the initial living conditions. However, my experience has been marred by significant safety concerns that have worsened over time. I feel it’s important to share these concerns for the benefit of current and prospective residents. Firstly, my personal safety and that of my property have been directly compromised on several occasions. My vehicle has been vandalized twice; the first instance involved a dent caused by a Razor scooter, and most recently, I discovered my car window smashed with all four tires punctured. These incidents have not only been distressing but also incurred substantial inconvenience and financial cost. More gravely, I have been physically assaulted by another resident, an incident that underscores my safety concerns within the complex. Additionally, there is information suggesting the presence of registered sexual offenders living in the complex, which might be a critical consideration for many when choosing a residence. Despite these serious issues, my attempts to engage with the management team about enhancing security measures and ensuring resident safety have been met with what I perceive as indifference. After the latest vandalism incident, the response I received was a suggestion to consider leaving when my lease expires, rather than a constructive discussion on how to address and mitigate these safety issues. While I acknowledge that the complex accommodates residents from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds, which I believe enriches our community, the marked decline in safety and the management’s hands-off approach over the last four years have significantly impacted my living experience. The location remains a highlight for me, and it is regrettable that these ongoing concerns are compelling me to reconsider my residency here. In sharing my experiences, my aim is not to disparage but to provide an honest account of the challenges I’ve faced regarding safety and management responsiveness. I hope this review will encourage the management team to take more proactive steps in ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents, which in turn could enhance the living experience at Terra Vida Apartments. Also, save your lame feigned concern reply. You have made it clear you don’t care about myself or anyone else that lives in the complex so idk why you even try to fake it."

"When we first moved in back in 2020 it was fine like there wasn’t any big problems or anything it was a really quiet complex that’s why we loved it so much but now we’ve had people steal my car we’ve had roach infestation we have crackheads living in the paid garage Parking Spot doing meth And all of this is happening because they never really locked the gate. They leave it open for these crazy people to walk in and inspect all the cars. A lot of cars got broken into during Christmas and sadly I happen to be one of them. There’s no security at this complex even if there is, it’s usually one person you can’t expect one person to keep an eye on this entire complex. There’s no cameras, so I didn’t bother wasting my time going to the office about my stolen vehicle because there’s no cameras And plus this was during Christmas so the office was closed for like five days I think so by then I had already filed the police report and everything but yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. I applied for a parking spot but they never put it in and I was under the impression that I was paying for my Parking Spot for over a year but apparently I wasn’t because they didn’t put it in and they acted confused when I confronted them about it, so yeah they’re not really on their A game about putting in info as well. Amenities aren’t open all year long. Anybody can just come in and use the pool because the doors are always unlocked most of the time. I had to call them about a roast infestation, and they said that they would schedule them to come and see the apartment and that I had to clear out my entire kitchen, which I took a day off for my job and I cleared the kitchen on the date that they told me they would come by when that day arrived I waited all day nobody ever came and when I called, the request was never put into the system so I missed a day at work for absolutely nothing. I ended up taking care of it myself. Also the shopping carts parked everywhere?? Ghettooooo So yeah I still live here cause I have to complete my lease but def not renewing it"

"This was probably the worst experience at an apartment I have ever had. The pool was emptied and not able to be used during some of the hottest months last year. I had to have my dryer replaced 4 times because they kept giving me used dryers on their last leg and they kept breaking. One of the times, it took a month to get a working dryer in my apartment, yet they wouldn’t discount the $40 amenity I was paying for. I also had a persistent leak that lasted about 7-8 months, coming from a pipe on the other side of the wall, which led to wet bathroom floors and a wet guest bedroom carpet probably once or twice a week. Instead of calling a plumber, they would look for the source of the leak, not find it, and basically gaslight me and insinuate there wasn’t a leak at all. I asked why they wouldn’t call a plumber and they claimed that they had to find the leak before calling a plumber, which makes absolutely no sense. They were obviously just being cheap and avoiding outsourcing for a plumber. Once we FINALLY figured it out (one maintenance gentleman actually tried hard to find it and did, i appreciate him,) I asked for a discount on my rent in an email to management because I had to deal with the leak for so long, which they did not give me the time or respect to even respond to my email. All of the 1 and 2 star surveys are legitimately true. I strongly encourage you not to live here, it’s not worth the headache or frustration when there’s so many options in the area."
