"I have visited 3x and called 5 times to reach leasing. There are boxes and what looks to be a new management team moving in. NO CALL BACKS OR staff to apply for a lease. There are signs and marketing stuff to attract new residents but no staff to fulfill suck requests. Best area for the cheapest in Scottsdale. Not sure what's going on.. but management needs to figure it out."

"Had been to the leasing office thrice to check on availability, it’s always locked and I did wait 30-40 mins seeing not even single person inside leasing office. I request management to hire new leasing agents and get rid of old ones! Management “ If this is the current condition it’s better not to pay these leasing agents as they are not doing any work and getting paid !! Better to shut down the leasing office!"
