"I loved my 6 week stay here. Wish I didn't have to leave! You have everything you could need and I liked being on the 3rd floor... Room was spacious with private bedroom and is also super quiet and private. Highly recommend!"
"Excellent stay! I travel extensively and was very impressed with Metro Apartments! Newly refurbished rooms, plenty of space to work and relax. But the best part was the staff and overall service. Ryan and his team were excellent! Very eager to help with a smile and a solution for anything! Ryan is very committed to making the hotel and guests feel welcomed and the guy only takes 1 day off a week! Thats commitment! Thank you Ryan!"
"Rooms were spacious and pretty clean overall. The place does kind of have a weird smell. Not super bad smell just its own smell maybe from the AC units or maybe just because of older furniture. Still clean though. Service is terrible. Not the people but there policies and how they run the hotel. Can't even get one extra towel and the towels are not even big enough for a toddler. Not enough trashcan space for extended stays even though it's meant for extended stay. It does have pretty much everything u need though for a week or longer stay. Dishes pots pans little stove refrigerator microwave ect..... Two TVs was nice and a separate bedroom with door. Bathroom is in the bedroom though so still not completely private. still spacious enough for multiple people for the money. The place is decently priced but I would book as many days as possible at once as prices change during the week the closer it gets to weekend. U get what u pay for it is not the nicest but it's not bad either. If it was run a little better it would be a higher star rating."
"We updated our arrival date prior to our trip, and the representative changed the room we booked on accident. We didn't know it until we checked into our room. The two people at the desk were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel smells VERY bad. The hallways smell like weed. The first room they checked us into had an unbearable smell. The second (correctly sized) room also had an unidentifiable, cheap cover-up smell that my family could not tolerate. In addition to these things, there was a sticky spill on the elevator floor, a housekeeper cleaning up vomit at the bottom of the stairwell in the dark, vomit in our parking spot, and people smoking in front of the side entrances. We had to leave to find other accommodations late at night. By the way, the front desk is closed after hours. It's priced cheaply for a reason. You get what you pay for."
