"PLEASE SEE OTHER REVIEWS. Anyone who has left a 2-star or higher review hasn't lived here long enough or too long ago. The current management company Chamberlain "+" Associates is one of the worst, money grubbing, uncompassionate, unprofessional, uncaring, aloof and apathetic management companies on the planet! They consistently lie to tenants, hire the cheapest vendors they can find, off of Craigslist?; and blatantly disregard major issues such as non-functioning "security" gates and pool lights being out for over a month, which is a city code violation by the way. I could go on for hours but I hope you get the picture by now..."

"I had a wonderful experience moving into Las Aguas. I moved in from out of state, and Samone helped me get a feel for the apartment by sending me a video of the unit well in advance before my arrival. I was able to tour my exact unit before signing the lease, and everyone was super helpful with answering all my questions."

"Update Jan 2022. If you value privacy at all please look elsewhere. The unit doors don't have an inside only deadbolt and some people were 'accidentally' let into my unit at 3am one night thinking the unit was theirs. No ID check or anything from maintenance/security or whoever let them in. Huge invasion of my privacy and I only hope nobody else has to experience this. --- Rent for a 1BR went from $1174 to $1599 year over year. Too much an increase to justify staying a tenant. Okay building but noise can definitely be an issue. One neighbor I never hear and the other I hear everything they do. Inquired about a reserved parking space after moving in and after 6 months without an answer gave up on that. Think they have been through three different property managers over the course of a year. Maintenance was responsive as needed. I like how this complex isn't faux 'luxury' like every every other complex in Scottsdale. Solid location being right on the canal path and relatively close to the 101, 202, and airport."
