Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson

"This was my first time staying at this Hilton as I am a patient at Mayo Clinic. I was expecting a bit more considering it was ~$500/night. The room was sufficient and the beds were comfy. The TV was modern and allowed me to sign in and access my Netflix account. There was a rather large stain on the carpet next to my bed, the shower drain poorly drained/was clogged, and we didn't have complimentary waters in the room upon arrival. The lack of an included breakfast was a huge surprise. The staff were friendly and the employee at Valet was very helpful. I will be staying elsewhere when I have to return to Scottsdale. Edit 03/07/24: I called the number provided in the response to this review and was told I was being transferred to the "Front Desk Supervisor." The line does not connect and the call ends. Edit 03/17/24: no response whatsoever from my "Hilton Guest Assistance Case # 198859457." Hilton has been a major letdown Edit: 03/21/24: I received a response from Hilton Corporate Guest Relations with no solutions or answers."

"Great hotel, good happy hour at the restaurant, clean, quiet, convenient to all N Scottsdale locations but a bit of a hike to southern spots. Service was pretty good and while I didn’t get a chance to use the pool it looked great. Heaps of free parking. Would definitely stay here again on my next golf trip."

"I am a clean freak and this hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The room was super clean and the hotel itself was beautiful. The pool was a nice resort style pool and was great for relaxing. If I could have stayed longer I would. The Drive to Old Town Scottsdale was about 20 min so that was the only downside but it was well worth staying here."

"Stayed for 5 days and had an incredible experience. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, parking was a breeze, staff are friendly and the location was convenient. We loved the bar/restaurant downstairs. The pool was very spacious and fun to swim in. I’d definitely want to stay again. The only con was the market in the lobby was unbelievably overpriced but nonetheless stocked with anything you could think of. Thank you all for the service!"

"5-star service! Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and inviting. They even took time to say hello to my 3 year old every time we walked by. The staff at the Desert Pony Tavern were also amazing and the food was delicious. The rooms were impeccably clean and inviting. Plenty of space for my family of 3. The location was also perfect. Easy access to the 101, close to Desert Ridge and High Street for food and shopping and a quick 15 min to Old Town Scottsdale. Lastly, I also stayed here about a year ago and the experience was the same, so it’s safe to say that this is their standard."
