Raquel had me in an apartment, lease signed, security deposit paid, and keys in hand within the time frame and I got an amazing apartment. Raquel is a rockstar and I have had nothing but positive interaction with her. She is on top of everything, from the smallest issues like some discoloring of paint, to my fans not working, to a little bit of peeling on the cabinets, she makes sure I am taken care of and the requests are handled appropriately. Communication has been top tier and I have been aware of everything, every step of the way. I am very thankful to be able to call this place home."

"This place has rate hikes out of nowhere. Your rent is never consistently the same amount. Management is horrible! Way overpriced for what you get. There's always a mold issue, water being cut off, or the ac doesn't work adequately. Your best bet is to move elsewhere. There is NO level of concern for the tenants. Just a cash cow."
