"Isabella is fantastic. She really took care of me and my wife when I got there. I needed to be on the First Floor as I recently had twisted my ankle. She moved our reservation to accommodate us. I truly appreciate it. The pool was immaculate and very refreshing."

"Poorly maintained property in general and the rooms were filthy. I checked into my room on the first floor only to find that the beds were covered in dirt and dog hair and the sinks were covered in human whiskers. I immediately asked the front desk for another room but the sink/bathroom was still not cleaned properly and I found human hair all over the sink and counter. The bed in the second room looked minimally better however when I opened up the pillowcases I found all of the pillows covered in dog hair. The hallway smelled of foul body odor and the doors to the parking lot did not lock so anyone could walk into the hotel off the street. The cleaning staff blocked the lobby with their carts and wouldn't move them for people who were trying to exit the hotel. They sat in the lobby talking for over 20 minutes with the front desk staff while their carts impeded the flow of traffic. Consequently, I cancelled my reservation and moved to another hotel. All in all, I would encourage people to spend a few more bucks and go elsewhere. This hotel was the absolute bottom of the barrel."

"Beware! DP NOT stay here. Worst hotel. The pics online do not look like the actual rooms. Walked into our room and left right away. The room stank strong of cat pee, the lobby smelled like weed and the room was dirty and disgusting. Not somewhere I'd take my kids ever again. We walked out and cancelled our reservation."

"The services provided were exactly what I expected from a low cost hotel by an international airport. The staff here is what deserves 5 stars. Their ability and willingness to not only do a phenomenal job, but to it over and over again with the kind of professional courtesy I normally don’t encounter is why I kind of want to work at hotels again."

"10/10 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel is right near the airport, and close enough to restaurants that you could get anything delivered or get a wide variety of food within a 5 minute drive. Their rates are very reasonable, and pets stay free! When you first walk in the elevator looks a little dingy, but the room was squeaky clean, and very spacious. The front desk people are super kind and very knowledgeable about the area. They were able to take our same day reservation and accommodate us, our cat, and they let us park our RV overnight. I can’t say enough good things about this place, I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."
