"Came to visit from Toronto, Ontario! Needed a place to stay for my last day in Arizona. The University Inn was proving Top Tier Service. Hands down the best and nicest people I’ve came across with my time being there. Staff was very helpful and friendly as they allowed me to check in to my room 5 hours before my check in time. They also provided me with answers to all my questions about the town and area with pure honesty! I appreciate the local family run business for going above and beyond to making sure their clients get the best customer service possible. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay while having local resteraunt and bars within walking distance! This is the place for you. Highly recommended! Thank you University Inn!"

"So this was literally a last minute reservation. The receptionist was fantastic upon arrival, incredibly nice and informative. The rooms were remodeled and comfortable. Road noise is a thing, but you're on Mill Avenue, so deal with it. Location? Perfect. If I had one item to improve on it would be the raised sink takes up all the counter space in the bathroom. First world problems. Don't blow your cash on the expensive nonsense up the street, this is the place."

"The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind to work with. Easily a big A+ there. The location is amazing! Only a mile from the festival grounds I came to town for. The price was also super reasonable for what you get. The room was fantastic! It didn't look like much from the outside, but I was surprised at the room quality. The shower was immaculate, the bed was clean and comfy and plenty of closet space. The only minor knock would be to have more outlets, but that's whatever. 10/10 stay. Will definitely be back!"

"The room was exactly what we expected and the beds were very comfortable. As someone with an extremely bad back, a comfortable bed means everything to me amd our rooms beds (2 queens) were wonderful. The only thing missing was a little microwave in the room. The customer service there is incomparable to anywhere else. I lost my wallet on our check out date. The women at the front desk, Michelle, was AMAZING. She even dug through the trash to help me find it. She actually called me the next day checking in to see if I had found it. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service AND follow up. She made it special."
