"Not sure what all the ranting is about. Been living here for about 6 months. All the apartments have been recently remodeled. New appliances throughout. Haven't had many issues. A few small details were taken care of within a few days of reporting. Simple mistakes that were made during the remodel. Door knob put on backwards, stuff like that. Only complaint, floors are a little thin."

"Moved in yesterday. So far great experience! Management very nice. Had small issue with AC. They came and fixed next day. People very friendly. Well maintained amenities! Gorgeous apartments."

"My friend lives in the apartment and says that he literally wants to call the management to pick up the dishwasher and other electrical appliances and take it away since they do not work and even after 5 work orders, no one from the management has responded yet."
