"I see why this place has a low star rating I called and I asked Is this the lofts at Apache the female that answered said no...I ask are these the lofts at Apache Blvd she said no. I double checked the apt and called back now I just get hanged up on...Like she's a child. Rude and unprofessional. Literally counting thousands in my hand ready to start the move in process however your employer stop that. She should be fired she just made the co. Lose money"

"Lived here for a year. Leaving soon. Here's a summary of what I've delt with during my time here: Neighbors that don’t understand volume and how to live in an apartment complex. During the summer the pool will be in use past the closed hours; expect loud individuals all night. Transients walking onto the property at any time and use resources on the property. AC going out during the summer months; management should’ve prepared prior with inspecting the AC. AC keeps having emergency repairs. Water shut offs at random. Bees infiltrating my unit through the kitchen stove vents. Roaches within the plumbing that were not coming from my unit. This issue took 4 weeks to correct. Management that works completely virtual and is not likely to pick up the phone for actual assistance with tenants. It’s not guaranteed when you call they will answer you. There is no onsite management to assist residents and the virtual office is only open M-F. Police and Fire Trucks sirens nightly at 1am typically. It doesn't stop. Mailboxes that are too small for USPS packages; you will have to pick up your packages at the Post Office. No gated parking, I had a transient person vomit near my vehicle week 1 of move in. Move in day; no actual physical handing of the actual key. They gave me 3 lock codes to enter the unit which didn’t work. It took over an hour to get inside my unit during 100 degree weather. Units do not come with dishwasher. At the current listing price 1330.00 a month, I encourage applicants to look elsewhere for better apartments. I'd encourage applicants to keep looking. There are better properties and better property management companies."

"Been living at these apartments for about 2 weeks now and I'm very pleased with it! The community is quiet and friendly, and most importantly I feel safe living here. Everything has been remodeled with all new appliances and haven't had any problems. Overall great place!"

"The actual score I would give is 4.5 stars. I have lived at Apache Lofts for just over two weeks and I have been quite pleased with my experience. The complex is newly renovated (the renovations are ongoing during the day) and they have done a very good job. One particularly good feature is that there are washers and dryers in every unit. Remember, these are studio apartments. However, there is no dishwasher but that’s a small thing for me. There is no full-time, on- sight staff, but there is an office that can be used and a live person will show up when needed. Most business is done online, by phone, by email or by text. I was skeptical about this at first, but from the self-guided tour of the model to signing the lease to paying rent all went well. Someone always responded promptly including to maintenance requests made through the online tenant portal. I would recommend this complex."

"As a first timer, the entire move-in process was smooth. I loved that I was able to do a self-tour of the model studio, the process was simple. Payments were made online for the admin and deposit fee and even rent. They were even able to email me the lease. My studio was clean and newly renovated, I love it! I also appreciate that management made the effort to communicate what needed to be done throughout the entire process."
