"Pros-pools are very nice resort like, a few community programs like volleyball etc. the Henry app and fix it service are speedy and easy to use. Cons-Parking is a nightmare and my car was broken into. Management is always “working with Scottsdale PD”. Overall it’s expensive for what you get in my opinion. If you like the smell of weed, dog poop, and a trash valet service you HAVE to pay for that takes more days off then the federal government….welcome home Overall I would not live here again, 2500 dollars a month in rent for a 1BR/1BA is steep. It worked for me but I was gone half the time."

"The property and the amenities are beautiful! I had toured with Jhamileth and she was super informative and made sure to make we were able to see all great features of the place. Touring is usually such a hassle that I dread lol, but Jhamileth made the entire experience super comfortable and informative!!"
