"Had to talk to 3 people here for one request. Having to tell 3 different people the sand request of what apartment I wanted. Flew in from out of state just to see a specific unit. Daniel made promises and I'd say this is the worse mark taylor property I've had to speak too. I was told I would only deal with him, walk in and these ghetto women who they call leasing agents had no idea I had a tour set up or no notes from Daniel. Had to call the corporate office to complain about the lack of communication here. Especially the way these ladies dress as leasing agents is so unprofessional. And no apologies for the lack of knowledge. No sympathy"

"They called the very next morning after applying over night . The first hour of their office opening. I was impressed. Even though the pricing didn't work for me, they followed up another call a few days later. Different woman . But she was able to give me the option which would best fit my budget. I give 5 stars due to the communication."

"First, Aubrey was awesome in listening to some concerns I had! She was really kind and walked me through easy steps they will do or we as a resident can do for both. We have lived here for a year and love living here for a lot of reasons. Apartment living isn’t perfect but if you have the right attitude it can be a happy living situation. We’re so happy we found this complex and we have had a good experience living here the last year!"

"UPDATE BELOW: good place to live, not too shabby, the staff is nice, it’s not perfect luxury but it’s great tbh. close to the lake, pools, gym, just all around everything you need. no crazy neighbors yet UPDATE Sept 2023: - crazy neighbors on Thursday night (not the apartment fault) - one of my neighbor got his motorcycle STOLEN in the garage… even the garage is NOT SAFE if you ride. - some gates are broken - maintenance is 4.5/5 stars ⭐️"

"They call this a luxury apartment however my pool has been under construction for 5 months without any updates or active work. There was nothing wrong with it. Without the pool and still being charged full amenity fees when money is tight for most I decided to move out. I also requested minor repairs to common areas - it took them 4 months to replace light bulbs in a pitch black outdoor stairwell. There’s also multiple doors in the garage that are literally missing and busted that make the hallways extremely hot and increase your a/c fees through the roof not to mention the health hazards of car fumes. I notified them 6 months ago and no update. I think that’s more than ample time to fix so that’s why I’m giving a one star review."
