"I have lived at Camden Sotelo for over 3 years now. I really love it here. The apartments are very spacious and with different floor plans. It has a swimming pool and hot tub, gym, and a pool table. It is in a great location. Close to the freeway, elementary and high school, eating places, gas station right on the corner. All buildings have elevators and stairs. Some parking for guest. Resident get assigned parking underground. Which is really nice. Keeps your car from just being out in the sun. The maintenance team is best. Very helpful and friendly. Maintenance service ticket done really quick and done well. They suddenly deliver five star service. If you are looking for a great place to live with spacious apartments. Check this place out."

Whether it be real maintenance issues (that they resolve very quickly), a friendly conversation or always having treats for our four legged residents, these guys truly help make Camden living excellent."

"The leasing staff at Camden Soltelo are wonderful. Some of the nicest people I have met. I was fortunate to have Tyler, Ashton, Eric, and Lisa guide me through the process of finding a great apartment for my 5 year old son and I. I ended up transferring to another Camden location only because I felt my son needed to be in a different type of environment. The Camden Soltelo leasing staff were instrumental in helping me make that transfer. The Maintenance crew is fantastic as well. Nice people. Easy to talk to. Fixed things quickly. The property itself is great. Close to ASU, Old Town Scottsdale and Papago Park. New Appliances. New Carpet. Spacious. The split floor plan layout in the 2-bedroom made it ideal for a roommate type situation but families could make it work there as well. The other tenants here are nice and respectful. Did not notice any noise issues. They have elevators, which is nice. Gated community. If you are looking for an apartment in this area, Camden Soltelo should be on your list to check out."

"Overall I had a good experience here, but ultimately moved out because of the additional fees, rent increase, and homeless problem. My unit was nice and spacious and I didn’t have many maintenance issues (if i did, they were fixed immediately). My main issue with camden is all the fees. You should expect to pay (and I’m not exaggerating) at least $300 on top of your rent, and that doesn’t include electric or gas. I ended up moving to a 2 br condo in a better location for the price of my 1br at camden. They also increased the rent and when i saw them list my unit for $200 cheaper than what they quoted me for the renewal, I emailed them and they said regardless of the market, they will always increase residents rent. This feels very very shady to me… On top of this the homeless issue is getting out of control. Obviously this isn’t camdens fault, but something to know. Homeless people sneak into the complex, and one even followed me home after a walk. I would often see people doing drugs and walk over needles on the sidewalk. It definitely made me feel unsafe. I will say the maintenance team is amazing and the office staff was always nice to me."

"I lived here during 2021, and I can tell you that this was a great place to live. The apartments are large and roomy compared to newer apartments that are being built. The pool is beautiful, large, and kept up well. The apartment gym was great to use to get in a quick workout if I couldn't go to my own gym. Management was great, responsive, and very friendly. At other place I've lived, if I saw management walking around, I would avoid them at all costs, but not at this place. Overall, if you're looking to rent in the area, then this is great place to live. Only downside is that the apartments are in the flightpath for Sky Harbor, but this is something that is out of their control and is a downside for all the homes & apartments in the area around Tempe town lake and south Scottsdale."
