She was more then understanding of our situation and was eager and ready to help us with open arms! "I really like living here and highly recommend it. I've only lived here for a few months, but I think things are getting better. Pros Nice community areas (grills, fire pit, dog park) The dog park has seen many upgrades - new turf, obstacles, and they are adding a water station. No assigned parking, but always open spaces (which I mostly contribute to the other tenants being awesome). The Luxer One package boxes are FANTASTIC. Not that the community needs it, but it's a great way to make sure no one else has your package delivered to their door. Cons Maintenance requests sometimes get ignored. If you want something fixed, you have to bother the office regularly. It took me nearly 3 weeks to have my AC repaired in September because they kept closing the ticket. There is a guy on Maintenance who is really down to earth and professional and is definitely an asset to getting th team back on track. There's been a large turnover with the push to upgrade the units. Some of the new tenants seem to be a little rougher. I'm now finding single serving bottles of fireball everywhere, and sometimes on the weekends the neighbors will have guests pound on their door at 3-4 am for a good 5 minutes. It hasn't happened super recently, but it's very unsettling to be woken up at 3 am like that. Internet is supposed to be provided. I was told upon move in that the previous renters took the "bunny ears" and they'll have to get me a new one so I can use my smart home features. That never happened. The office told me to contact cox, cox tried to sell me new service. I'm paying $60 a month for a service I can't use. Not ideal. I have no idea how to get into the laundry rooms. I've asked, but no reply. As such, I can't access the pool or the gym either. I've been told to "use the app," but without the smart home connection, the app doesn't seem to get me anywhere. Overall, I'm very happy living here. The office staff is very kind and the neighbors are polite, social, and for the most part, respectful."
