"Pool cold, hot tub was out of service, not heated. Place being painted, noisy, hard to work from home with compressors, bucket trucks outside your window. Tight parking. In my opinion things constantly break, takes a while to get fixed. Don’t live here."

"We’ve lived here for over 2 years and the property manager Sarah is one in a million. She’s helpful, pleasant, and always on top of things. Any issues that arise are fixed within 24 hours usually and the amenities are great. We’re sorry to go but we are moving out of state. We will never find another property manager as great as Sarah."

"It’s an okay place to live except that there is no parking. Add the fact that there is a psycho who watches “guest parking” and will vandalize ur vehicle by spitting on them and throwing eggs on them to which the management company does nothing except for advising you not to park in guest parking then yeah it’s a great place. We are happily moving out and would love to leave a good review, but the way management handles this is not acceptable."

I stumbled upon this neighborhood just driving by and was impressed with the cleanliness of the neighborhood. I was very specific on what upgrades I wanted in my unit and the area of the neighborhood I desired. Heidi was extremely helpful and flexible with accommodating to all my needs. Her communication has been on point throughout the initial visit to now months into me living there. The entire process was very smooth and easy and took one less thing to stress about off my plate.
