"Do I have a story to tell. It was not my will to move here but Gods. I have moved twice in 12 months due to owners selling their property. I came here and had an attitude because some things were not to my liking but mainly just the stress from two moves and a house full of furniture was nerve wrecking for me. I went to speak with the Manager, Chastity and when I tell you she turned everything around for me . I needed everything that she gave me that day. She understood what I needed and more and I am so blessed to call this place home. Chastity said Cyntherie I will take care of everything for you and she did just that. Chastity you have been a blessing to me and I know to this property. I wouldn’t have chosen to live here but I’m so glad that the decision was made for me. The property is well maintained and I’m blessed to be here. Chastity, Thank you for just being you and don’t ever change!"

"It's a little overpriced but it's a beautifully maintained property with a fantastic location. The office staff and maintenance have been quick to rectify any issues. They also have been polite and friendly. Thank you."

"I've lived here over a year now and want to recognize the management team. They've cultivated a great culture in this community. It's always beautiful and well-kept, the neighbors are friendly, someone is always there to answer questions and get things done. This location is kind of hidden with lots of trees, grass and two beautiful fountains. It's on the golf course and next to the canal path. We call it Little Sedona. If you're looking for a quiet, out of the way community with great neighbors, this is it."

"My partner and I are so stoked to be renting here! The staff was absolutely amazing during the application process. The move in was fast and Seth made sure the apartment was in tip top shape upon move in. Everyone in the office has been friendly. The landscaping is nice. The apartment itself is lovely. We're looking forward to our new home! 1 month update: loving the apartment and the pools! The only negative is the amount of landscaping done, it looks great, but there's mowers and leaf blowers going almost 5 days a week right at 7am. It's loud and lasts for hours. Besides that my partner and I are super happy! This place has a sense of community that we havent experienced at other places."

"I have lived here for the past 2 years and have no complaints! Yes somethings in my apartment needed repairing or needed to be replaced, but the maintenance staff has always been well responsive to my work orders. The management and work staff have always been polite, pleasing, and helpful to me :) I would recommend this place to friends. Its not loud, I love all the tress surrounding the apartments , and parking is a breeze for guest who come to visit!"
