"There was a squatter living inside of the apartment beneath me who stole my identity documents from my car. The management hid this from me and I had to find out from the police. Pretty disturbing. They have no cameras and no security despite being a “luxury apartment”. Apart from that - it is a pretty good apartment complex, albeit on the pricy end for this area."

"They will discriminate against anyone with disabilities that are not visible and do NOT make accommodations for disabled visitors with service dogs. They told my partner who lives there that he had to pay $400 JUST for me to visit with my service pet. The other option they gave him was to move out one month before his lease is up just to get rid of him. DO NOT LIVE HERE. His tire was slashed and his car got broken into on two separate occasions. The worst complex and Kelsey is No help and is rude"

"i have loved living here at MAA SkySong for the last year and a half. The staff in the office is quick to respond and friendly. Mathew, Kyra and Kelsey have all made me feel right at home here. The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to any work order or property issue. Hope to keep calling SkySong home for the foreseeable future!"

"While the complex is fairly pricey (do to location), the maintenance is amazing! Rigo, the maintenance manager, is always super quick to respond to my maintenance requests, and he's very thorough, and makes sure that all of my questions are answered before he leaves. He also goes above and beyond. One quick example, one of my kitchen lights on the track lighting had burned out, and he didn't just replace the one, he replaced all four so I had the same equal brightness. Management has been great, especially the maintenance, and it's all about the little things!"

"This place is 5 stars hands down! Breakfast is fully loaded, yogurt bar, juice and coffee bar, they have a chef that makes specialty items (free and changes daily). Pet friendly, a full bar, heated pool, lounging area, and walking distance to a brew pub called Fate Brewery which was Amazing!!! We will be back, thank you all who work here to make this place a 8 star place! It's clean, it smells good, and everyone is friendly. We travel for a living and best place so far"
