I met Edd and he was extremely compassionate and helping towards my situation. He did everything in his power to make me feel safe and welcome to the community here. Due a career change I had to move out when my lease ended, but I am so happy to move to be moving back to Fireside. Edd truly cares for ALL of his residents and shows great respect for everyone. A great property manager can honestly make or break your experience within a community. These apartments are safe, clean and the landscaping here with the big trees make me feel happy to live here. Usually when renting an apartment you meet with the office manager and usually they’re very kind just to get you into an apartment. i knew this place was different, i met with on a couple of different occasions and every-time he was greeting someone or one of the tenants was stopping in to say hello to Edd. He really is a genuine, caring respectful person. He was very welcoming to my dogs and just made the move in process soooo smooth. He cares so much about the property and the people that live here and i feel extremely lucky and grateful to call this place home. Thank you Edd!!"
