"As residents, we face daily issues with the management team's poor service, not to mention the condition of the building is appalling. The pool grill area is often filled with overflowing garbage cans that have been sitting around in the 110 degree heat for days. If you try to call the office, nobody picks up. When I visited the office, two employees were casually chatting. I asked Nicole if she could have someone remove the garbage since the smell was so overwhelming, but she informed me that the cleaning crew doesn't work on Sundays and provided no other solution. Unwillingness to address issues daily. Property manager Erica Verbeck avoids emails and fails to resolve problems. Neglected cleanliness and maintenance for far too long now. RPM Living Management needs to take action and remove unhelpful staff. They also need to stop putting Band-Aids on issues and just start fixing things. Attached are some pictures just a walk from our unit to the mailroom & garbage only. Yes, the lobby looks nice, but check out the areas NOT on the selected tour route before renting here."
