"I’ve been a tenant for approximately 6 months and have been very happy with the apartment itself but especially happy with the front desk and their follow-up on all issues you bring to their attention; with Rebecca, Ashley, and Mike, I found three very professional and friendly individuals who always LISTENED to your concerns and ALWAYS found a solution that was most satisfactory! also, very happy with the service given by Maintenance, specifically with Cornell, who I found to be very professional and a true gentleman in every sense of the word! Keep up the good work all of you!"
"Place has been my home for the past 3 years - sadly I must move closer to work- The staff in the office , the maintenance dept. , the ground keepers, everyone is always so nice and welcoming .. Never had any issues in the 3 years - Loved being out by the pool on warm days - Pool area is -- AWESOME ! And pet friendly ! overall 5 stars for sure and recommend it to anyone moving to the Old Town Scottsdale area ..."
"My daughter and I have been tenants for 13 months. We are very pleased with the prompt responses from office (Michael and Rebecca) and their Maintenance team. We enjoy the apartment, the pool and the flowers, and also the additional activities they take the time to organize. Great job!"
"I've lived here for about 2 years. It's insane how gorgeous the complex is. From when you drive up, it feels like you are entering a resort. I'm leaving soon because the rent continues to increase and it's getting too expensive now. But I really loved living here for the most part. Michael in the front office is super helpful, prompt, friendly, maintenance requests are dealt with immediately, like the same day or next day. The main maintenance man is so sweet and personable, unfortunately I forget his name but he's a super nice person who seems to love his job and love helping people. We're next to a scenic golf course, there's tall pine trees, its beautiful. There's a walking trail on a lake behind the complex, so you can go on walks everyday. The pool is gorgeous. Cons: - When I first moved in, we had to deal with giant sewer roaches crawling inside through the drains in the dishwasher and the bathtubs. They were enormous roaches, like the length of the palm of your hand. I would see like one every couple weeks, scared me so bad every time I saw one. I haven't seen one for the past 6-9 months or so, so I'm not sure if the office dealt with it, or if they just go away in the summer, I'm not sure. But it really didn't bother me too much. I saw a total of about 7-8 roaches in the 2 years I lived here. Thankfully, there were no scorpions or any other pests ever whatsoever. Actually, sometimes you'll see toads hopping around on the pathways outside, so be careful at night so you don't step on one. - Parking is atrocious. You get one spot assigned. If you have someone else with a car, they can park in an uncovered spot. But once people start coming home from work, the parking fills up super fast. You'll have to park really far from your unit. There were a couple times we came home late and had to park at the shopping center and walk back home. This also has gotten slightly better but it's still not ideal. - A/C had trouble keeping the unit below 78 for a while. Which made my SRP bill go up to like $450 for July because it was constantly running. I put in a request and eventually they replaced the whole unit. Which kind of helped but I just have to keep the apartment at about 73 and it is running most of the day so my bill is still high. Besides that, I'm grateful to live in a complex that feels extremely safe. The unit itself is amazing. I love having a fireplace, we buy those duraflame logs in the winter and make a fire and watch movies, it's awesome. Neighbors are friendly. There's a lot of cute dogs walking around. I really wish I could stay longer. I would definitely recommend San Tropez if you can afford it. The photo attached is the amazing view from my balcony."
"lived here a year and a half in 2 different units and it’s honestly going to be hard to leave! moving from out of state the process was made super easy and very organized. the leasing staff is always friendly and great at answering phone calls and emails. maintenance is also really great! usually get whatever needing fixed in 1-2 days. the property is constantly being taken care of (trash picked up, grass mowed, etc) and the location is my favorite part! we brought home our first baby here and we were both confident in feeling safe walking around the complex and behind on the green belt!"
