"I’ve lived in the apartment for over a year now, and can honestly say this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had living in one. The amenities are clean and well kept. The apartments themself are well laid out, and very comfortable to live in. Steve always does an amazing and quick job with maintenance requests. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention Mikey who has helped with all of our asks. Lastly, Joey, Beau, and the rest of the management team are always going the extra mile to help."

"I’m a tenant of this apartment building. I always paid rent on time, completed documentation in a timely manner and rarely used the complex. However, 100% of the time when I came to visit (20 days in 14 months) the air conditioning unit had issues or there was an issue with the wifi, or my key fob would not work. And 100% of the time management would state that there was nothing they could do and just accept the issues AS IS. I will be filing several formal complaints with the local housing authority, the BBB, and the AZ Attorney General (e.g. SB1070 Advisory). This Landlord and its management company will learn how to treat its customers. See photo below of the inadequate HVAC solution Management installed. Very noisy and exposure to outside elements."
