"YOU CANT LIVE HERE IF YOURE DISABLED THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DISCRIMINATES AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY AS YOU CAN NOT GET TO THE OFFICE OR EVEN INTO WHERE THE APARTMENTS ARE WITHOUT STAIRS THEY HAVE NO HANDICAPS ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE - this place is a joke. THESE APARTMENTS ARE EXTREMELY OUT OF DATE AND NOT UP TO CODE!!! THEIR ARE ROACHES FALLING FROM THE CEILING THE INFESTATION IS SO HORRID!! MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!!! FOUND OUT I HAVE BEEN SICK FROM MOLD!! I get that it’s an old building but some upkeeping wouldn’t hurt. This complex has so much potential it’s sad to see it go to waste in such a good location due to poor management if you live here you will Constantly hear the managers Melanie and Mike fighting it is extremely unprofessional and quite uncomfortable to wake up to the landlords screaming at eachother."

"I have been living in this apartment for the past one and a half years, and overall, it has been a decent experience. The managers, Melanie and Mike, have been doing a great job addressing any issues or concerns promptly. They are helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond to assist with any problems, even those unrelated to your apartment. One thing I appreciate about this apartment is the spaciousness of the rooms, which is quite impressive compared to other apartments in the same price range. Moreover, the location of the apartment next to the canvas adds to the appeal of the neighborhood. Comparatively, while there are fewer amenities and some small issues, I have found that living here has been okay due to the managers attentiveness and the overall space of the apartment."

"Tempe Terrace is operated by the same leasing office as of crossroads. Very close to ASU and it is quite cheaper if you share it with other 4 roommates. The people at the leasing office are kind and understanding. Service request are taken seriously but sometimes it takes longer than usual to get things fixed. Majority of graduate engineering students at ASU call this place home. Roaches is a problem but not that severe, can’t complain for the price you pay for living. Best advice : Stay Clean !"
