"Been living here for awhile now. Great small, quiet, gated community close to Downtown Mill. Property management makes it easy, you just have to message through the portal or via text for questions and maintenance issues. I talk over the phone for a living, it's the last thing I want to do LOL!"

"If you want an intrusive, non responsive management company where homeless people come and steal your bikes and break into cars and wash in the pool however they don’t car. This is the place. The management and or owner that we have dealt with is very rude. They have given us so many 2 day notices to let people tour our apartment while we aren’t home and so many notices to enter our apartment which is so uncomfortable knowing people are just allowed to enter into my home when im not there. As soon as you put your notice in these people want you OUT. By for one of the worst places as far as privacy, getting a hold of SOMEONE is impossible you can only text. I could go on and on but it’s a cute complex however would not recommend. We felt I’m like we were in a prison interment camp with all the cameras that didn’t help the break ins or thefts"

"I love the complex and the area, very beautiful. Management is weird, you can't get ahold of the at all and there isn't a leasing office on the property. This week someone's car has gotten broken into, and someone other than me and my roommate decided to move stuff around on our PRIVATE patio. Also a few months ago there was a chair sitting in front of my bedroom window, I contacted the management about it and I was told it would be taken care of, I followed up on it because the chair was still there and they said "well have you contacted authorities?" so that was no help Overall I love the apartment and the area but the management is definitely not worth dealing with. I feel unsafe here and they don't do a single thing to help."
