"DO NOT RENT HERE! In the time that I lived here I never had a functioning dishwasher, the AC went out at least a once a month, my car was broken into on multiple occasions, my car was also involved in a hit and run in the parking lot, and I had clothing stolen from the laundry mat. The appliances are older than me, the carpet is disgusting, the pool was never open, and management is a total joke. THE WORST PART IS THE BUGS. The pest control they provide is a joke then they get mad at you if you hire your own pest control. I get that the prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you are considering moving here please look at other options. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"My BFF lives there and my clothes got stolen from the laundry room. The property manager told me I needed to leave that I'm not allowed on the property although I was visiting my friend. All because I see I put a note pleading for the c return of my clothes then she tells me my friend isn't allowed to have visitors. She's rude. Odious and very unethical."

"Ive lived here for 3 years and management changes every 6 months the pool and clubhouse have been open for a total of 3 months in 3 years. Maintenence flooded our apartment twice trying to fix our dish washer. Everytime someone in our building moves out we get roaches for a month or 3 and management does nothing to help but yells at us when we hire a pest control company the only reason we stay is the utilities are included."

"the management doesn't follow their own rules.. I moved out this apartment back in August 2016. i never got my deposit refunded. i moved out of state.. i have the same phone number and never heard from them.. Today i received a call from a debt collection stating i had a balance due for this apartment. there is no way i owe them anything it seem because they knew that i was moving out of town the seen it as a way to get more money. here we are 5 months later and now i owe you money.. I was never late on rent nor did I have a balance due when I moved. This is not a good way to handle business. the management has changed at least 5 time within the 3 years i lived there."

"As a potential tenant, don't waste your time. The lady in the office, while very nice, is clueless as to what she's doing. The manager, Cesar, is very rude and arrogant and made me cry from raising his voice at me and talking over me while trying to get one simple thing from him for a potential cosigner. His story would change constantly in between talking to my boyfriend and I separately. By the end of this process, even my boyfriend's mom was trying to get in contact with the management company. 4 days later, we still haven't heard a word back. The apartment looks nice,but if you don't want to deal with rude, arrogant, or clueless staff, look elsewhere."
