"My process with viewing the property with Kailey was flawless as she demonstrated she cared, she was knowledgeable, and the vibes were on point. It took roughly a little less than two weeks from the application being submitted, background check being processed, income verification, approval of the lease, etc. to happen, which was not painful as I did get clarity with questions from Kailey as well as Drew. Grateful to the Leasing Agents as they were awesome with the creation of a seamless process , and this supports future residents with finding the ideal place to call home. "The property manager, Jeana, kindly showed us around even though we had not made an appointment. We loved the grounds and trees, the heated pool and gym, the dog park, the friendly staff. Reasonable rent for apartments with washer and dryer inside. We are applying to move in."

"I’m about to enter my 3rd year as a resident at Scottsdale59. Some noteworthy mentions about this place: excellent amenities and well-kept grounds. The community takes up a huge stretch along Thomas and is surrounded by grass and thinly scattered trees. It’s a quiet yet pet-friendly community with a gated dog park and dog bathing station. There is a 24hour gym which has everything you could possibly need. Tons of dumbbells and equipment, not to mention a huge yoga room with TRX bands and a mirrored wall. The Pool is kept clean and stays heated during the winter (note: no hot tub/jacuzzi). We received a notice recently that new cabanas are going to be installed soon which is exciting because I love using them in the summer. The grounds are kept in excellent condition and the staff are really friendly, including maintenance. I’ve honestly enjoyed living here quite a bit so this place finally deserves a review.. PS. Jeana and Myesha who are the Community manager and assistant manager are the nicest ladies you will ever encounter. Extremely transparent and helpful. They actually care about the residents here and take time to address our needs. At very least, I would recommend to take a tour."

"I was a resident here for about 11 months and I had such an amazing experience. Apartments were not noisy in my area and the grounds were kept clean. I never had any issue with rodents or insects either. The only downside I experienced was my AC going out but emergency maintenance was quick to respond and provide me with a cooler in the meantime. The only issues I did encounter was frequent water shut offs and AC shut offs during the summer. They were handled at a reasonable time but it become a bit of a recurring issue. I also had problems with people parking in my reserved spot because it was in a convenient location next to the side walk. Other than that the front office was always nice and helpful if I had any concerns or questions."

"I was a resident here for 2.5 years. I loved these apartments! Dog park was perfect, the walls are thick so you barely hear your neighbors, tons of natural light and patio space. The pool was great and everyone is friendly. The gym was perfect for it being included in your rent, if you need a more intense workout, get a gym membership because it wont do it for you. Maintenance (Ray & Matt) were awesome, they definitely have a lot on their plates but they took care of us! There are some areas where some sketchy things went on... but I guess for apartment living that is normal. Was a but upset they charged me and arm and a leg to add on a month to my lease but overall an amazing place to live, will miss my time here."
