Jonathan is always trying to find creative ways to keep this peaceful community engaged. I've never had an issue onsite with anyone or management since the team of Jonathan and Ron stepped in. Everytime I walk into the office I feel Jonathan knows and listens to whatever concerns or needs I feel should be address. Jonathan really makes sure (if he can) to put you in the best unit/space that fits your needs. You're not just a number. It's the reason I've stayed so long. Thank you Rise for taking over this beautiful property and thank you Jonathan and Ron for its beautiful upkeep and quiet environment. Best property management in the area."

"New management took over the beginning of 2023 and my apartment is just falling apart. Part of the gate had to be replaced, the landscaping sent a rock flying at my window creating a small crack, power washing company had water coming from the upstairs neighbor and black water running down the inside of my door. I had with constant construction all summer on the neighboring apartments. And rent was increased even if you didn't get an updated unit. Utilities used to be included and no longer are. They pushed pest control and communal area cost onto tenants."

"Just moved in here! Been really good so far, very nice renovated 1bhk. Peaceful surroundings with good car parking. Jonathan does a really good job st fulfilling your requests. I had to call and move in within 48hrs and he was able to do that without hesitation and showed me all around the property. Good experience so far!!"
