Villatree Apartments

"Worst complex I have ever lived in. Not only is management the worst to deal with, but it is unlivable. Air condition is terrible. Outdated “water cooling” air that doesn’t stand a chance against AZ heat, don’t count on your apt getting cooler than 78°. To top that off, the complex switches the cooling off in the winter months so when a heat wave comes in February you’re hosed. Water lines break once a month. Outside lamp posts were non functional for 6 months before they fixed them. Nobody cleans up their animal droppings, especially in the dog park. There is a complex wide cockroach infestation. I have spoken with others around the complex and they all have said that the pest control isn’t working for their unit also. Lastly, goodluck getting anything fixed. Maintenance takes weeks if not months to get to any work orders. Front office will also delete or list work order as complete even though nothing has been done. If you’ve read this far, please think twice before signing a lease here."

"New resident here! I loved this place from the start. Juniper gave me a very thorough tour of the property, answered all my questions and was so helpful during the application/move-in process, and he is also overall, just a great person to talk to! This apartment is in a great area and its easy to get where you need to go with the 101 right next to us. The apartments are very spacious and clean. So far its a very quiet complex and the neighbors are nice. This is a great place to live!"

"These guys will steal your money. I applied for an apartment in August and I still haven't received my 200 dollar refund. Beware when they owe you money they will stop answering the phone when you call. And "lose" your money. Then weeks later when it's no longer lost it's sent to your previous address which you told them weeks ago to send it to the new one when they did. This place is a mess and their management is trash that won't answer the phone even if you call them all day. 0/10 can't recommend. I was told I would get the check this week. It's Friday and I haven't received it. Where is my money Villatree?"

"I haven't had the privilege to live there yet. However, the office staff (Juniper Rosewood) has been very helpful in setting me up with my new apartment. I'm moving back to Arizona from San Antonio, TX. He has made the process very easy. It gives me high hopes and comfort to know that I chose the right place to live. Jesse"
