It was only a one-time application fee all the other fees were grouped in with the move in cost. I haven't moved in yet but I was approved. So I can't comment on the condition of the apartments. I will try my best to give an update."

"We signed a contract with them and they said that we were gonna get our deposit back. We signed a paper with misty saying that we were going to get our deposit back. After 6 months, we went back to see if we were ever going to get the deposit and they said no. We were promised that we were going to get it back. We called the corporate and they didn’t help us at all. It’s about to be a year and we haven’t gotten the paper that we signed that I been asking for months and the deposit that they promised we would get back. Don’t believe them if they say “you’re getting your deposit back” it’s all lies. Even if you leave the place clean, they don’t give it back"

"Decent apartment complex which they are remodeling. Lendie is the pretty leasing agent that is pleasant and very thorough in helping you find the right apartment for you. They have onsite maintenance and a pool. This is conveniently located and close to transportation."

"Please save your money and do not move here !!! I stayed here for a year it was the worst I had to repay my deposit twice because the office messed up .. and my sink was leaking throughout the whole year they came once and looked at it and I was told I was getting a new sink but they never came back to fix it after and the whole apartment is filled with roaches no matter how you much you keep it clean clean how many times you spray they don’t go away the parking is literally ridiculous had my car towed because the office never gave me my parking information.. management never hears you out about any issues you have .. they are more concerned about payments being made ."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! worst management ever and the parking lot is atrocious. The management is never in the office (even during posted office hours) and they don’t work with you to fix any issues. The complex is also constantly covered in broken bottles and glass everywhere, once again management not doing anything. the maintenance guy is super nice and very helpful, but unfortunately there is only one of him and management doesn’t care enough about their tenants to hire another person to keep this dump clean and working. also, they don’t even have fire extinguishers in the apartments and the few they have around the complex are out dated. anytime we try and get in contact with management about anything (including the fire extinguisher issue) they say to our faces that it will be fixed and then we never hear or see anything about it again."
