"The property is nice until you have to deal with management. I had to break my lease so I confirmed the TOTAL price it would be to break my lease with the leasing office, they wrote everything down to get a cashiers check but months later the management team came back to me asking for thousands more. When I wanted to discuss the situation and what I had written down vs what they are telling me, they didn’t know who I should talk to , the building or the management company . At the end of the day, it’s nice to know who you will have to deal with and with their lack of organization , they are not it."

"Living at Cityscape has been a pleasure. Moving from out of state can be scary as you have to get adjusted. These apartments and staff have definitely made it a good experience. Desi and Naomi are so sweet and kind. They are always willing to listen and try and fix any issues you may have. The grounds are kept up very well and it's always very peaceful. I would for sure tell anyone who was contemplating on applying to do so."

"I have lived here for a total of 2.5 years and would like to stay longer. The complex is located in nice neighborhood with tons of amenities and quick access to the freeway. It’s always clean and quiet. The office employees are always helpful, extremely friendly and always a joy to see. When it comes to maintenance issues, all I need to do is put in a request online and it gets taken care of in a timely manner. No need to bother for quicker assistance if an emergency occurs b/c they call almost right away. The apartments are bug free and if any of those creepy crawlers start to find their way inside, they are on the ball in going in and getting rid of them. I have had one issue with bugs and all I had to do was inform the office and it was addressed right away. I have not since seen anything. Especially having an insect phobia, it’s one of my biggest concerns when moving into an apartment. I got a free carpet cleaning when I resigned my lease. My apartment is beautiful! I love the interior design. Vaulted ceilings on the top floor. Dining room is surrounded with windows so my plants get tons of sunlight. The full size washer and dryer is extremely helpful to me as well. Thank you Cityscape for make a safe, clean environment."

"I have lived here for the last 4 months and so far I love it. The apartments are cool, the grounds are nice and the staff is excellent. A very cozy, quiet and safe neighborhood. Oh and Naomi is the bomb!! Always professional, curteous and efficient. And Reuben rocks!! All the staff is awesome! Appreciate you all."
