Ovation at Tempe

"Their communication is poor, it took forever just to hand out fire extinguishers after I already lived there for a year and some months. Which is a requirement to start. It takes them about a couple days to respond to emails and calls even if you aren’t living there anymore. I’m very disappointed in the service and my time there I wish better"

"Management is absolutely the least helpful out of any complex I’ve ever lived in (i’ve moved multiple times throughout my life, in multiple states). Every request I’ve ever had is not taken care of: obtaining a mail key, a working key to enter the complex & amenities, helping reduce stray animals & having their excrements cleaned off our patio. I’ve had groceries delivered and within 2 minutes of delivery notifications the cats were already eating my groceries. My emails are never answered, calls not returned. I’ve had multiple meal worm, ant, and beetle INFESTATIONS that fortunately get taken care of relatively quickly but are never eradicated fully. Maintenance is hit or miss (which I believe is lack of communication from the office) even though very friendly, my tub & bathroom sink have flooded multiple times (I now have black mold in my bathroom cabinet), lights blown, water to the entire apartment randomly shut off, the stairs going to my apartment crumbled(?!?!). Again, without calls being returned from the leasing office about 75-80% of the time (even though some of these things are considered “emergencies” to management)? Hot tubs on both sides of the complex are rarely ever hot. I just don’t get it… Very poorly managed. 100/10 do not recommend. Can’t wait to move."

"My friend and I were looking all day at apartment complexes, we had ones with leasing office doors locked on us, not answering their phone, not having units to tour, exorbitant prices for run down apartments, water on the floor, weird smells. We really saw it all. But it was such a breath of fresh air when we got to ovation. The communication from when I requested a tour to the very end has been nothing short of amazing. We had a tour led by Miss Margarita who showed us around and gave us the information we needed. The unit looked nice, no weird smells. It was such a a pleasant experience. She was a wonderful tour guide and wasn't pushy in any way. We left, talked for about 1 minutes in the parking lot and went back in and applied. We were so impressed. Here's hoping we get approved!"

"Had the pleasure of taking a tour with miss Margarita! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most surrounding complexes have given us trouble but the communication from Margarita and everyone at Ovation Tempe, has been wonderful. I am so grateful for her time and here’s to hoping that unit becomes mine woo! Thank you Margarita and Ovation Tempe!"

"I have rented from Ovation @ Tempe for 3 years. I have rented two separate apartments from them. They have been quick to handle maintenance requests, happy to assist in other matters, and have worked with me. I am actually in the process of leaving this apartment community, simply due to divorce and I can't afford the rent on my own. The complex is inviting, and the other tenants help create a great community. If I could afford it, I would absolutely stay here. In my process of not continuing my residency here, the Ovation team has helped me EXTENSIVELY. They have been happy to answer any questions I have, give good reviews to my new complex. The team here CARES about their tenants."
