"I like the community and location. The only reason I give one star is all the costs apart from base price considering the size of the apartment. Pros: Nice Location Resort Style living Well Maintained Community However, they are a lot of changes always which ends up to be a deal breaker or add additional costs. In my case I was relying on the EV Charging Stations these were free for residents (Blink Chargers) all this while and suddenly they (Blink Chargers) start charging a good amount of money more than 3 times of Tesla Superchargers. I wish this was communicated or atleast continue the way it was. Other Mark Taylor apartments in the valley do offer free charging stations were available. Overall if you are fine with spending few extra bucks for overheads, this community is great."

"Update (2/6)- TERRIBLE- STAY AWAY. The lease office continues to fail all residents here. They are dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. Within the last 6 months, my water has been shut off 3+ times until 8PM at some instances. No email communication or estimated time frame. One time I called the leasing office and they were not even aware my water was off for over 30 minutes! This property has demonstrated in multiple occasions that they always do the cheap "band aid" fix instead of fixing the real problem. Not worth the headache- find another property TERRIBLE- STAY AWAY. I have lived here for over a year and the leasing office is awful. Amenities are not taken care of (see green pool), rules are not enforced. Two arrests since I have lived here with drug attics in common areas. Only pro is Maintenance crew is amazing. I have attempted to call Greystar directly and was only able to leave a voicemail and general inquiry from on this website. This needs to addressed and known for future residents. Also regarding Lindsay's response below- I just emailed her this information and the email bounced as the email address was not found. Very sketchy!"
