Property does sit on The TROON GOLF COURSE at The Westin Kierland Resort so many units have outstanding views. Other units view Kierland Commons or Optima, which are also lovely. Shopping and dining in walking distance including Scottsdale Quarter. The Nines has a magnificent pool, residents' office cubicles, an on-site gym, & community center. E.V. charging station being built as this review is being written."

"The Nines at Kierland is a Great place to stay for a short time, or a Long time depending on your wants and needs. It's location is Key. Walking distance to Dozens of restaurants and bars. If you need a little retail therapy you Will Not be disappointed. It has all the amenities that one could want. All within walking distance. Enjoy"

"Jessie is an incredible manager for The Nines. She is very professional,knowledgeable, and does a great job making sure The Nines is in great condition. She gave me a tour of the community and I was blown away with how clean and beautiful the Nines looked. You can tell she truly cares and it shows. I'd highly recommend living there."

"Property is currently transitioning to Greystar, which is an amazing company that I work for. Move-in was dreadful only because I wasn’t expecting the immense heat coming from Colorado, and we were moving ourselves! Haha. There were some maintenance items I noticed almost immediately, but the office was quick to respond. Andy has been great with fixing the majority of my requests, and vendors have been called in a timely manner where needed. Regina has also been a great help getting me familiar with the property and answering any questions I’ve had! I recommend 5/5 for anyone who wants to live here! It’s quiet and a great place to live if you want a nice lagoon-style pool and to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city."
