"I visited San Carol Apartments. I met with Angie the manager, she was very nice and professional. Angie has been with this company for 22 years. One, two and three bedrooms all with 9 foot ceilings, crown molding and garden tubs. Detached garages also available. Very nice experience at San Carlos. Brandi DeSanta Valley King Properties"

"Love love love everything about this place! Management is nothing short of stellar. The maintenance people are efficient and prompt. 3 of my family members have lived here in San Carlos over the course of 15 years at different times. All of us loved it. I am sad to be moving out and will truly miss the great staff and neighbors. Would highly recommend to everyone."

"I've experienced 3 other apartments before this and this is my first "village" styled apartment. Fantastic apartment. The apartments are roomy. The pricing is fantastic compared to some properties around. The environment is quiet (great for work from home). And the staff are absolutely fantastic. Super helpful (like calling me about a package I was worried wasn't gonna get delivered in time). Most of my complaints aren't ones that can be resolved by the company and the staff but personally they are complaints that would be possible anywhere else. (For those curious about my complaints or staff reading my review: Currently we can't use cox Internet in our unit. However CenturyLink works for us since we are next to the telephone room. (We believe the cables may have been damaged during renovation but CL is working so it doesn't bother us too much) Javelinas raid garbage (but a solution is coming for that). Parking is a bit rough but that's a common problem for non-high rise apartments without a garage.)"

The maintenance requests are usually addressed by the next day and the maintenance staff is awesome as well. It is a very safe and calm community that I would recommend to anyone."
