"Graystar properties in all have been terrible properties to stay at. I have stayed at a previous property and it was a mess. Idk why i chose another property. After one year they chose to even send my Application fee, as if I didn’t pay it to the credit bureau and damaged my credit so if you Are looking for a place that Continuously has issues and will damage your credit For no reason, Here’s the place for you!"

"One year ago, I went to look at their apartments and we filled out credit application. I paid for the credit application process. One year later they Submitted a form to collections which hurt my credit and went down 15 points when I paid them. This is a terrible fraudulent place. I would Highly recommend never filling out application with them or going forward with it as you will be charged twice and you will get your credit report hit."

"I clean apartments here but here's my analysis . The place is clean and smells good . There are some apartment complexes in Maricopa county that smell odd but not this place . The carpets are clean in the hallways too which there are only about 6/15 other apartment complexes that I can think of that are as clean. Place is pretty secure . The design of the place is cool and the inside of the apartments look comfortable."

"I had the most pleasant experience signing a lease here. The entire process took less than 24 hours and Kim was incredibly clear, concise yet thorough. Ive been searching for an apartment for the entire month of January and no complex was as efficient as TOMSCOT. I applied, was reviewed, pre-approved and final approved within the same day. I am very excited to reside here if the living experience is anything like the touring/applying experience."

"Lived here for 2.5 years, and the complex declined significantly over the time I was living there. The management is without a doubt the worst I have ever had to deal with. The location is great, but that is about it. The amenities are broken more than half of the time, and trying to get anything accomplished with senior management without them getting angry, annoyed, or gaslighting you is near impossible. I would have lived at other “luxury” apartments in the valley, and have never had experiences like I did here. In one instance, the property manager yelled at my girlfriend (also a resident) in the office and hurled insults at her causing her to cry. This was the woman in charge of the entire staff at the TomScot. I would not advise moving here. Money is much better spent at a complex with working amenities, and emotionally stable senior management who actually care about their residents."
