"I have lived here for almost two years and never had any problems until the new management came in. Don’t bother calling the office because the only response you’ll be getting is I don’t know. They are not helpful at all and I have asked to have the manager call me multiple times about certain things that happened like their vendors coming into my apartment without notice and two months later I still have not received a call. To be clear, this vendor was not supposed to be in my apartment, these vendors are painting the outside of the buildings and came through my patio into my apartment. When I called the office, they were completely shocked and had no idea. I’ve had to call security as well because someone tried entering my apt and no one answered or even bothered showing up. Also, maintenance will try and blame you. My disposal broke and he blamed me. The rack in my closet broke and they said it’s fixed but it’s still broken. Be prepared to wait awhile even for the simplest work order. I cannot wait until my lease is up! Stay away!"

"This whole renovation project are a complete mess! Parking is so horrible that your playing cat and mouse waiting for someone to leave or being forced to park on the other side of the apartment complex. Management does not care for its tenants who have been here for years. Loud noises at the pool, gates are always broken, random break ins of cars windows being smashed, changes and new rules from management constantly that makes no sense or of help to tenants, The only good thing out of the change in ownership is how nice the maintenance staff still are, they should work front office, they seem to care and listen to tenants more than management does. Thankful for our inner community of tenants who still look out for each other when front office can't."

"I don't usually write reviews, but at this point I feel obligated as things have gotten ridiculous. I have lived here almost a year now, and for most of the time it was great. However, I was planning on potentially moving elsewhere but about 2 months ago I got a rental renewal proposal that showed my rent going down a little bit. So I stopped looking for another place and decided to approve the rental renewal. Once I got the actual lease to resign it showed that my rent was staying the same as it is now and they told me the wrong proposal was sent out. Now due to them requiring a 60 day notice to move, I don't have time to look for a new place. Also, I submitted a maintenance request almost 10 weeks ago and it still has not been addressed. I have called multiple times, gone to the office only to not receive calls back or to be told that they will have maintenance come that day. I am still waiting. waiting 10 weeks to get anything much less a major appliance fixed is absolutely ridiculous. Had they not messed up my proposal, and if I still had my 60 days to find a new place, I would be leaving. But due to them messing up my proposal and now having my lease be up at the end of this month I am stuck here another year, but definitely will not be resigning after that."

"Just barely moved in - we ended up getting one of the new remodeled apartments and really love it so far. Office staff has been great with communication the entire time, and maintenance seems to care about the property just by how it looks. Will update if needed, but so far we are very happy!"

"Arcadia Cove has really improved these last few months. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and the new management is really accommodating and takes time to listen to any concerns you had before under the previous management. The new amenities & new renovations are so nice! I was hesitant in renewing my lease in March but since the new management, all of that changed! I love this location and the new additions to Arcadia cove! This team actually cares!"
