"My first year living at Salt was great! The amenities and the outdoor space was the biggest pull factor in choosing this apartment complex. However, the second year of living here has not been as great since the new construction has begun. The amenities are harder to use and access if you are able to access them at all. The construction is also loud and comes with many uncertainties of when it will be completed. The parking garage is a mess, and I’ve also gotten stuck in the elevator a few times. Salt is a nice place. The maintenance people are amazing. Mike and Dennis are so friendly and helpful. They also get things done very efficiently and timely. Most of the front office/ leasing people are very sweet and helpful as well. Drew, and Taylor have always been very accommodating and kind. Just might want to consider all the construction and the issues that accompany it."

"Love this place. Great location and great staff. Mykel (hope this is correct spelling) has helped me swiftly for any maintenance requests I have placed. Quicker assistance than any other place I have lived. Resident events are the best!"

"I recently moved to Salt, and am quite impressed. Particularly I have appreciated the maintenance staff. I needed one appliance repair and several electrical questions. All responses by Mychael (electric) and Dennis (appliances) were quick, thorough, and done with kindness and care. These two men have also been extremely hpful whenever they have seen me working on some sort of move-in situation. I appreciate them!"

"I toured at SALT in 2020, and again just a few days ago in Dec 2023. I originally stayed there with a family friend for a few days in 2019. Their leasing staff is beyond professional, and I really feel like they deserve higher reviews. The property and amenities are gorgeous and it’s the perfect location. One of their staff members, Drew made me feel so welcomed. Even though we initially just discussed everything over the phone, as I was out of state, I felt like I was there in person. Although I ultimately opted to move into another apartment due to personal requirements, I’ll be looking at SALT again in the future. Huge props to their entire team."

It's a space I'm proud to show off to friends and family. What sets SALT apart, though, is the exceptional staff. The property manager, Taylor, and the rest of the leasing and maintenance team are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the community here is comfortable and happy. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at SALT Apartments. It's a wonderful community with beautiful apartments and a fantastic team managing it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star living experience in Tempe, AZ!"
