Missing light covers, sink stoppers, dirty, roaches…pool was closed ALL summer, given the incorrect parking space… Now it’s been over a month trying to get the deposit back and keep getting excuses. Attorney here we come! You now owe 2 times the amount! And don’t tell people to call the office bc most times they don’t answer! If you’re truly sorry for these bad experiences then actually do something to make it better!"

PLUS WHERE I COME FROM WE ALL KNOW THAT ROACHES ARE MAINLY A PEOPLE CLEANING PROBLEM, NOT A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROBLEM! "I have moved in with my boyfriend to this complex 3 months ago and it has been nothing but awful the entire time. I already knew from spending time there that I did not like these apartments but I lived with my mom and we did not have the means to find a new apartment right away. Lets start with the issues: 1. They have cockroach problems. It is so gross and I cannot believe they do not do anything about it. 2. There maintenance people apparently do not exist. Our garbage disposal broke last month and water was leaking from underneath out kitchen counter. This issue still has not been fixed not matter how many times it is brought up. 3. Almost 3 days ago out A/C went out.... THIS IS ARIZONA! THE TEMP REACHES INTO THE HUNDREDS EVERYDAY IN THE SUMMER! Our apartment is in the mid 90's, we had to leave and last night and stay at my moms. We have gone everyday to tell them about this and all they do is write my boyfriends name down.... And nothing else. Today when my boyfriend went no one was in the office at all. Very convenient for them. DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you can afford something even slightly better it will be worth it to avoid this place."

"This place does have roaches. Before we moved in we asked the manager if there were any roaches on the property. She said no. That was a lie. I would have to constantly call the office for ONE maintenance request. It took about a whole month to finally get my request fulfilled. Can not wait to move out. If you are the type to just let things go with the flow then this would be your place to live because you'll never get a hold of the manager if you need something, she is rarely in the office during business hours. Good luck to future tenants!"
