"We have lived at The Standard for 2 years now and we absolutely (still) love it! The grounds are always kept clean, along with the interior of the building. Valet trash is convenient. The maintenance team is speedy with requests. Evelyn, the property manager is very easy to work with and hosts fun resident events every month! We don’t ever hear any of our neighbors. The location is perfect - has everything you’d want to do and is 100% walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the waterfront etc. I recently got a bike and they have a safe area in the garage to lock it up. It’s fun to explore more of old town riding around, especially along the river that’s 1 minute away! The gym is great - has everything you need! We absolutely love living here and I’d highly recommend living at The Standard."
