"I have been a resident of this community for over a year and was debating leaving but wanted to speak with the community manager first (Frank Flores). I ended up catching him after office hours and instead of telling me i’ll need to come back he prioritized me and stayed to talk me through my decision. He went the extra mile on retaining me to this community and I cannot say that about past communities I have been apart of - he really shows that he cares about the residents here and their experience. Having good management is half the battle at apartment communities and after our discussion and seeing the continued efforts through events and upgrades to the community I decided to stay. 5 star experience as you would expect yet unfortunately so seldom see from an apartment community such as this."

"Apartment buildings are clean and secure. Management Has Voluntarily teamed with local police to ensure resident safety. Amenities are well maintained and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. Manager (Frank) is responsive to residents suggestions/ concerns and consistently looking to upgrade the property and holds resident appreciation events."

"I’ve lived at Lakeside Drive for almost a year and it’s one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. The staff and leasing office is always quick to fix maintenance problems. The hot tub and pool is usually always clean and never busy. We have a shared co-working space, free printer, ping pong, shuffleboard, pool table, and rooftop terrace. Our gym is by far the nicest apartment gym I’ve ever seen. Coming from WA I never had any of these amenities before. Not to mention the community is smaller so I feel like we’ve become friends with a lot of our neighbors! Is anyplace perfect? No. We’ve had to service our dryer which took GE a while to get out to us, sometimes the people above us we can hear their footsteps, and valet trash is… trash. There has been numerous times they don’t pick it up because they claim the garbage is “too heavy” when we can easily lift it with one finger. I wish parking was included so more people could use the garage. I’ve noticed recently way more people park in the guest parking and it’s usually full now after 4pm. All in all, we’re very happy residents at Lakeside Drive :) and our balcony view is amazing."

"What an amazing place to live! So far I am six months in, wanted to post a review. This place has great amenities for the size of the complex, same as most places however upgraded in many ways, for instance each pool cabana has its own TV. I have never never seen any of these places fill up or be crowded. Megan, Alysa, and McChrista in the leasing office are amazing, they assisted me in coordinating my move in as well as the multitude of online orders that don't fit in the package concierge. Lakeside drive is located about a block from the Tempe Town Lake and a few blocks from Mill Avenue. I would highly recommend this place"
