"Worst place you can pick honestly. It’s just bad overall. Before moving into this place, i read the reviews and disregarded it because of the location but it’s honestly not worth it. They towed my car illegally and they did nothing to help with the situation. Many other residents reported different issues. Just do yourself a favor and do not make the mistake that I made by signing a lease with them."
"Horrible. Our move in day our apartment was extremely dirty and there was a blanket in the wash room. We had to wait hours for them to “re-clean” our place which we had to sit and wait when we were told it was ready multiple times. Secondly, we have had black bugs in our apartment AND scorpion. I wonder if the pest control we pay for even comes weekly. Don’t recommend living here."
"Revising my review after 6 months of living here. While we did have a bad roach infestation and horrible neighbors when we moved in, the problems have been resolved. Chris and the new maintainance team have worked hard to improve things. Just be aware that most issues will take a lot of time and persistence to be resolved. If you're an anxious person or don't like to harass people to get things taken care of, I would keep looking. If you're outspoken and don't mind being patient, it's a good and comparably affordable option. The resident events are also nice. However, I really do wish they would fix the gates... there is a bus stop right in front of the complex and many people do walk through... I would say they have only been closed/working about 20% of the time I've lived here."
"Please note that this complex bribes their residents with prizes for positive reviews so please take that into consideration when reading these ratings. I have lived here 2 years. Despite the very unprofessional experience we had moving in, the first year went very smoothly. The second year has been a nightmare. My car was illegally towed one day causing me to miss work. They knew they did it illegally because they brought my car back hours later, but the office never reimbursed me for the trouble or even apologized for the inconvenience at the very least. Now we are having AC issues, the air has been 85 degrees in our apartment. We are constantly sweating and having to sleep on the couch because the bedroom is too hot. Not to mention our power bill has been $300-$350/month during the summer because they won't replace the unit. I spend about $2,000/month in rent, why am I begging for decent living conditions? It is a dog friendly complex (which is great) but it seems that over half the residents have dogs and most don't pick up after themselves so there is waste EVERYWHERE. Landscaping did a mass tree trimming during the summer and a large tree branch they cut fell onto my patio damaging a couple items and leaving a huge mess to clean up. Plumbing issues are pretty bad in this whole neighborhood (not just the complex) but because of that there are regular water shut offs throughout the community. There is also a large amount of homeless people that wander through the complex. They do great monthly community events but I stopped going when I realized they would rather pay for events than take care of their residents. They get away with all of this because it's a great location in Phoenix/Tempe...but if you enjoy feeling like your complex actually cares about your living experience, keep looking. Don't be fooled by the pretty landscaping & friendly office staff!"
"I would highly recommend you stay away from this property. First 9 months of our lease went fairly smooth, then we were without working AC for 2 months during the summer months with our apartment reaching temps of 84+ in our apartment with our AC running full blast 24/7. Not to even mention this racked up a $220+ utility bill for those months. When maintenance would come they would say they need to speak to their supervisor and then we wouldn't hear from anyone for a week until we reached back out to them. Communication is terrible between maintenance and front office, and forget about having any sort of communication directly towards the leasing agents or manager, their email is non-existent. There are FAR better options for similar pricing in the area. Also have to mention the $500 carpet "replacement" fee after move out, I reached out to them twice over the last 2 weeks and have not heard anything from them back. Steer clear my friends."
